The error clearly indicated that they are not present in the same class hierarchy. I hope we can refer a chart any where, also, I have specified here that both (chart and section)are existing in same rule-set. From link provided by you, I can say that though summery view is deprecated, one can implement them and they will work as expected without any issues. Note: To refer summery view in section, I have used Chart control on section and this can be customized only in IE. **To reproduce one can try.
