I encountered an error after successfully logged-in. Below is the logs.
In my operator profile settings, the authentication timeout set to my access group is 650 which is about 10.83 minutes, but as you can see in the logs I was kicked-out after 1 minute of my last transaction.
Yes we have application server which is Tomcat. We have already configured the web.xml and prconfig.xml but the error still occurs. I think prconfig.xml and web.xml session timeout does not matter since we have configured the timeout value in access group settings. Am I right? (Authentication timeout is 650) We have noticed that working only in one tab and without interaction of the other tab, the OOTB idle detector script of PEGA is running which is supposedly not to be happened because there is a 1 active tab.
