There are some limitations and challenges due to that it cannot be provided as OOTB feature. However, this is the new feature introduced in HTML5 supported by all browsers. when there is a modal dialog or overlay on the screen this issue occurs. Providing this workaround as OOTB feature doesn't make sense. This is why we have provided the local-change. while applying the logic you need to change the div ID's. I have explained the logic behind the code in video. If you have any queries please post it here.

@Saikat: All you need to do is replace the ID's of the parent screen block ID's  in the script.
