Pega Support Community, or PSC as we call it, is THE place to ask your questions and share knowledge, related to Pega products and services.
Here’s everything you can do in our community!
Search and Ask questions – Before you post your question, Search and browse through several discussions related to your question. If you don’t find your answer, Write a Post!
Make sure to enter all the details related to your query such as the Pega version, environment details, steps to reproduce and screenshots. On average posts in the PSC are responded to within 1 day.
Share Knowledge – Did you learn how to do something in Pega that you’d like to share with others? You can do so right here! All you need to do is Write a Post and check to Mark as a Discussion! You can let a Moderator know that you’ve done so and we will tag your post accordingly so that it’s easy to find for others! Here is our list of Shared Knowledge currently!
Participate in discussions – Connect with other participants by helping them with their queries. Reply to posts that still haven’t been marked Answered. This is after all the true spirit of every community!

Submit Product Enhancements – We all have feedback, so share it! Let us know what you’d like to submit as an enhancement by writing a post and selecting Product Enhancements. One of our Moderators will submit this on your behalf in our internal system and update you with the ID to take to your Account Executive.
Interact in our Ask the Expert sessions – Every month we host a 2-week session with a Pega expert in an open-question format. Ask your questions and get responses from people here at Pega who design and enhance the products that you are using every day!
