What's the difference between a Business Analyst and a Pega Business Architect?
JOANNEWARNE has just published a really nice blog post on the difference between business analyst, business architect, and Pega Business Architect roles.
Does this resonate with your experience as, or working with, a Pega Business Architect? Anything else you would add?
Great article Jo!
It is a naming confusion that I see often at my clients as well.
As you mentioned, I think that the bridging function is essential.
The fact that we also understand the Pega functionality, means we can also guide our clients in making decisions that allow for reuse and leveraging of capabilities that we know Pega has to offer, even if there is not also a Solution Architect in the room.
