I am planning to give CPMC71v1 coming week. I can see 1 more course added under the Pega Marketing Consultant exam course with practice paper. Will there be any change in the exam questions as 1 more course is being added?

Both the existing as well as the new exam are available on Pearson Vue. For two more months you will be able to take exam version you prefer.
