Workbaskets in CaseManager7
My understanding is that a workbasket is assigned to a workgroup and a workgroup has a default workbasket. A workbasket makes itself available to a set of roles. An operator is assigned to a workgroup and has a set of roles defined in it's access group. My question is if an operator is specifically given a subset of workbaskets to work from, why do all the workbaskets in the work group show up in the case manager 7?
Also, how would I display/list only the work in a workbasket that the operator can actually work on?
The work basket list is set up in the section, pyWorkGroupBaskets. It is populated by a data page, D_pyWorkbasketsInMyWorkGroup which in turn is populated by the report, pyWorkBasketsInMyWorkGroup. As the names imply these rules are directed to work baskets in the operator's work group.
These rules are all available so that you may override them to achieve the intended result. For example, you could add a filter to the report to only include baskets in the requestor's workbasket list. There are some on-click actions on the grid in the section so you should be check that adding other baskets will work with the action.
