Today, broken-items are of a Queue Processor(QP)/Job Scheduler(JS)/Agent needs to be manually checked & identified. There's no way for the admins/support teams to be notified in case an item fails to be processes by a QP/JS/Agent.
It would be really helpful, if we can have an option to configure a detailed notification setup for each or all QP/JS/Agents, whenever an item fails to be processed.
Also, it would help to have a view of the alerts & errors grouped by categories & counts for each QP/JS/Agent.
This would help us to better identify & address issues on-time for both OOTB as well as application specific QP/JS/agents.
