Add more filtering options for instance lists

In P7.3, we have ability to sort/filter rule instances. This is a great feature, however we're finding it a bit incomplete and want to suggest an enhancement.

As implemented, the filter condition always searches rule instances by "contains" clause, specifically where column like %keyword%. This is fine for majority of cases, but becomes very difficult when we have many rules having common name. Specifically, ruleset names which we use always start with a common name, and we have addition of branches which make the counts larger. For me to find the value which I need, the best case result returns me 5 pages of data, which is too much.

I would like to request the ability to customize filtering where we can add conditions to search as below:

  • exact
  • starts with
  • contains (default)
