Can we configure the Pega Chat in such a way that when a new Chat request comes in, it just blinks. On top of blinking, can we also get a system sound just like the IM sound if a new chat request comes in so that the chat manager doesn't require to stare at the screen all the time. Sound enabling on a new chat request is what my question is and is it available OOTB to configure and if so, where can we configure the same? If not, what should be done to have this sound enabling on new chat request?
