Case Manager Account is not Able to Close Cases - navigational issue
This is a navigational issue we are having. When a Manager is logged into their portal, they have the option of opening reports. We have created a custom report filtered on a property not being null. If the Manager opens the case by clicking on it from the report, there is no Close button displayed on the case to navigate back to the report listing. I've looked under Actions button and nothing there. The only method I have found is to click on the Reports link, open the required report once again and chose the next case to look at. This is an inefficient method of navigating the reports.
In the attachment you will see that I am signed in as a Manager, click on Reports, open 60 Day Baby report, select a case to look at, no navigational buttons appear to get back to the report listing
