CSA CHAT - Need to display Idle Time and In Chat Time at Agent Level
We have a requirement to display the "Idle Time" and "In Chat Time" for the Agents after they logged in queue. But OOTB we dont have these timings. Please refer the attachment for step by step in detail. Please let us know how can we achieve this requirement.
