DATE data type should be supported in MS SQL

Pega (7.2.2) doesn't support Date type column in MS SQL. Because of this, you can't use SQL connector wizard to integrate with a table in MS SQL if it contains Date type column(s). Like DB2 and Oracle, this type should support for MS SQL too.

Current workaround is to create class, properties and Data-Admin-DB-Table instance manually.
