Currently Personal Edition is only available for Windows Operating System. I have been a MacOS user for some time now, and face problems with this condition, as I always have to find a Windows laptop to do my POC work in Personal Edition, which I would have preferred to do in my own laptop.
I have tried using Virtual Machine, and until 7.3 it was a good option. But PEGA 8.4 VM is very resource-intensive and requires about 8GB of RAM to run.
I see two possibilities here :
-- Extend the Personal Edition support for MacOS as well
-- Create a ready-made Docker File, which can be used and run as-is in a MacOS laptop. As of this moment, considerable configurations are required before we can run a PEGA instance in a MacOS laptop.
