MSP Support user roles

Passing along this feedback on behalf of a client. My client would like the ability to assign support users to create tickets and only veiw the Support tickets raised by themselves (not see all tickets logged for the organization).

They would also like to assign PDC access to specific users not all users with Product Support access.

Basically they want more granularity with Support user roles.
