Need audio notification for incoming chat.
When CSR gets Chat Toaster pop we are looking for audio notification.

Hi Dinesh, while this functionality is not available OOTB, it's possible with a very small enhancement of the ChatToasterPop section. You could just add a custom HTML section to the ChatToasterPop to play out the sound using a javascript function. Google "how to make javascript beep" and you will find many articles on how to do this. I found one on stackoverflow that takes the base64 encoded version of the audio file and embeds it right into the JS function. I implemented it for the call pop in about 5 minutes. There's a section called ChatToasterPopContent, which is meant to be customized, and can include a new section with this code.
