The Pega Chat documentation is not available in PDN and it is very hard for a developer or architect for the first time to search any help or articles or pre-requisites to implement Pega chat.
We don't know until unless we raise a Pega SR ticket and they explain that these are the rules that are required to be customized in this way in your application to achieve your very common generic business rules.
There was few implementation guides on the customer service which has like more than 150 pages, and a developer has to spend more time to search any Pega Chat related help, information, or any other kind of customization tips, which is affecting the productivity of the developer/architect.
Kindly let us know if there is any straight documentation / information / help available specific to the Pega chat module of Pega CS and especially the basic customization of rules everyone has to consider doing for initial implementation.
That will improve productivity and ease of understanding for any new developer or architect.
