Pega Chat - Requires message at customer chat window when all available agents reaches the max concurrency level.

We need to display message to the customer chat window when the available agents reached the maximum concurrency level. As of now, there is no OOTB for this functionality. We raised an SR for this issue.Pega said that they took it as a product enhancement request. We need a solution here.
