Idea
Rule siblings view - readability
When we open 'siblings' view for a rule that has many applies-to and ruleset versions, sometimes we have to scroll to the right, and then have a hard time identifying to which applies-to class a 'circle' mark belongs to. Having alternative row background color will help eye-ball the correct applies-to class (Similar to the Legend section in the same window).
Even better if the applies-to column is fixed (stationary), so only the other columns can be scrolled left-right while the first column is always visible.
Further going, the 'applies-to' column and ruleset versions row should always be visible, with scrollbars to only scroll the actual data within so as we don't lose reference to applies-to class names and ruleset name/versions
Screenshot attached for a rule that has about 1000 siblings.
