Scrollbar is hidden for text-area in the repeating-grid
I've a text-area control as one of the columns in my repeating-grid. I can't see vertical scrollbar to the text-area though the "scrollbar" is set to "true" in the configuration.
I see that it is hidden by Pega's styling. I can override this with my styling but the confusing thing is similar configuration on a text-area outside the grid is displaying the vertical scrollbar. Not sure why it isn't working inside the grid.
Could anyone help me on this? PFA doc for application and design screenshots.
Thanks in advance.

I went through the attached document and understand your concern, but I feel it's an expected behaviour why Pega doesn't provide scroll-bar in the text area control when configured in repeating grid.
While, please post your query like "How you want data to appear?", "Do you want text of that particular column wrapped or you have multiple columns such that it gets beyond the window of the screen thus need a scroll-bar?" And if the scroll-bar isn't appearing even if content going beyond window size, then surely it's a bug.
Regarding your confusion, I can say that the UI is dynamically generated in Pega and styling is based on the div class and it's generated differently for text area configured inside repeating grid as it belongs to different class while generic text area control to different.
Hope it clarifies your doubts, kindly mark if it was helpful.
There is no option to apply the scrollbar to the readonly text area as we are unable to find the dataobject for the read only text area.An enhancement request,FDBK-24114, has been created for considering this in future releases.
