When the user of a pega mobile application adds a large attachment to a case (for example a video) there is no indication of the progress of the upload, leaving it unclear to the user that the app is busy loading the document into the client store server. A progress bar or indicator will resolve this issue.
In the context of field service, a field worker might have recorded a video to illustrate an certain problem. During the upload of the video the user has to wait for 10-15 seconds before to video is stored in the app without having any visual indicator that the app busy.
