PRPC always requires Specification to be linked to Class and Activity (excluding Reports) but in reality there are many specification where you might not have Activity written to implement a Specification like Interest Calculation need Data transform or Specification which just requires a display ? I believe PRPC should be enhance to link a Specification to other rule type as well or should allow just to capture Class name with Specification. Let mw know thoughts on it.
I know for some other rule types (Flow rules are one example), you can go to that rule's ruleform and link the specification directly from there. I'm not sure about how the report definition linking works, however if you can post an example of a successful linking of a report definition to a report type specification, someone might have more information about it.
I know that with flow you can attach specification but my question was when you are on the Application--> Profile -->Specification. The issue I am facing is I can not attach many of specifications to right rule as when I try to link specification it always seeks Class and Activity (screen shot attached with my earlier post) that's the reason I was requesting an enhancement in PRPC function of specification linking to right rule. I hope you understand what problem I am talking about.
