Volume based proposition constraints for inbound interactions in Pega Marketing

Hi,

Existing out-of-the-box functionality in Pega Markting 7.13 does not allow end users to create proposition based volume constraints for inbound interactions. The business requirement is not to offer e.g. Proposition X in any inbound channel after e.g. 500 accepted responses. However, Volume Constraints are taken into taken account only when .pyChannel is outbound i.e. in multi-channel outbound campaigns.

We elaborated the issue on MESH, How to use Offer Constraints in (headless) Pega Marketing inbound interactions and come up with a workaround. Having said that, the solution I am about to implement is not easy and not business friendly. 

Therefore, I would like to raise an enhancement request on behalf of the customer.

Business requirement: As a Pega Marketing strategy designer I would like to enter a maximum threshold amount for each proposition-response-channel combination in inbound interactions.

Expectation is to have something like this in volume constraints. However, this time, may be a new tab/section for inbound channels would be user friendly.
