wrong Case Indicator for an active Interaction
Detailed Description
  • Case Indicator shows currently the wrong state for an active Interaction review
  • Desired Behaviour:
  • Active Interaction Review is marked with a solid pen icon and arrow pointer at right side
  • Inactive Interaction Review is marked with an outline icon (no arrow - just a rectangle)
Steps to Reproduce
  • Opening two Interaction Reviews out of the "last Interactions" Section of the 360 Tab Menu attached Detail steps for reproducing this issue

Attempted Solutions

Current Pega OOTB behavior:

  • Case Indicator functionality supports only for service cases (Consulting, Feedback etc.) .
  • Case Indicator won’t supports for Interaction cases.
