400 error when trying to access PDC link from support page
We are currently using AES, but I wanted to check out PDC to see if we could switch to that for our on-prem application. When I went to the support page, and clicked on the link for PDC, I am receiving a 400 error that indicates there is "Invalid static content" (screen shot attached).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I am receiving this?

We have recently upgraded some servers and found that they reject certain character sequences in URL; alternatively you may be associated to an account that does not have PDC configured yet [I tried to configure PDC for all on-premise customers last spring but might have missed you].
