While migrating from 6.x to 7.x, what are the considerations need to take care ?

Please follow the procedure in the upgrade guide, recommended to take database base backup before upgradation start.

Regarding hardware size please touchbase with Pega Account Team they should be able to provide the latest Hardware sizing based up on your application setup and needs.
