have any one tried "Adding cases for the WebChat channel" ,it is not working for me, I don't see any error in Tracer and Log files but in preview console i see "The chatbot is experiencing problems. If the issue is related to your current case, you can withdraw it by typing cancel." .. any suggestion please.

This message is 'Internal error' system response which usually means case is not configured properly. Either parallel process is not set up or flow encountered an assignment shape. When you trace, can you verify whether service case is created and what is the flow it goes in.
