Adhoc cases visibilty
My requirement is Operator1 created adhoc case for some casetype. He added a task and assigned to Operator2. When I have tried to logged in as Operator2, NO task is available in his Worklist. Is there any visible conditions to display adhoc case assignments.?
Please do the needful and configuration screenshots would be appreciated.
I tried it on my 7.3.1 system and see the item appear on the user's worklist without having to make any modifications to the worklist. When you check the assignment in the database, do you see it assigned to the expected user?
Its is showing Assign-Worklist instances with routing information to my assigned Operator, even the count is getting incremented when I am assigning tasks to that operator, but not getting displayed in worklist.
