Admin monitored nodes (All Agent & background Process) displays empty data @ AES weekly scorecard.Similar metrics get displayed fine for end user monitored nodes.
"Admin nodes (All Agent and background Process) cannot qualify for the criteria(unlike the end User nodes) of End User and Service response categories (not sufficient data) and so the empty weekly scorecard graphs." Is this a right assumption ?

Did you verify whether SOAP messages from monitored node is reaching to AES or not?I suspect there would be some exceptions in the logs while sending SOAP messages.Please verify all the AES related agents are up or not.
weekly scorecard is at a system level, not a node level. What's the problem with the admin nodes? We do expect a batch-only node to have no browser or application/service interactions but alerts will be generated from agents and the node(s) will send health status messages to AES every 2 minutes.
