Hi, Could you please check if the connection between server and AES is up? Do you have any other report from past to check if data is reaching AES?
BTW, I really advise you to start using PDC which is more powerful than AES and available for each Customer hosted on Pega Cloud or on-premise.

There is not enough data in the screen shot to make any sort of judgement. AES "opinions" are fairly subjective when system has low volume / low usage - formulas and ratios don't make much sense when all the data is outliers.
Who did you "ask" for PDC connectivity? We created PDC tenants for all customers in April - yours should be ready and waiting for you. If you are authorized to enter Pega Support tickets, you can log on to PDC right away. The welcome page includes instructions for how to connect your system(s) to PDC.
Go to community.pega.com/support, scroll down to the navigation bar and select Predictive Diagnostic Cloud. We have integrated PDC signon with PDN/Community and the support ticket application; if you can enter a support ticket, you should be able to use PDC.
