Question3Replies337Views ArjanM04 Member since 2014 39 posts Achmea Posted: 3 years agoLast activity: 3 years 11 months ago Closed Solved AES sents emails twiceHi All, We are running AES version 7.1.3 and are getting al of the alert emails (by ex: AES alert "Memory Pool Collection" observed by) twice sent to our mailbox.I've checked the manage subscriptions TAB in the manager portal from AES but there is really just one entry.After that, i've checked the agents I think this stuff in, PEGA-Eventprocessing.That appears to be running with 4 agent schedules on 2 nodes.Might that be the reason and do I need to stop one of the agents schedules on each node?***Updated by moderator: Lochan to add Categories*** Case Management Data Integration System Administration ×Close popoverFacebookTwitterLinkedinEmail Copy Link Copied! To my knowledge, there is no AES 7.1.3 release. We have AES 7.1, 7.1.7 and 7.2.
