One of our Pega platform users recently put in a service request to upgrade one of our cloud servers to the latest version. He was told "The request needs to be raised under the AFLOA account. I see that email@example.com is listed as one of the users. You could reach out to him to get the necessary access or have him raise the request".
Then I put in the service request asking for the upgrade hoping they would perform the request but instead notified me "This is not the right account for requested related to AFLOA. Will be withdrawing it with the request to raise a ticket under the mentioned account."
Not really sure what is going on, one Pega support engineer says I am one of the users with the AFLOA account and another says I am not. Is there a way to find out who holds the AFLOA account? Thank you.
