Capacity planning, - Monitor your system by doing load testing on your system and see if 150 threads are actually not able to process your load on the systems. 2. Thread congestions could be because of not having proper garbage collection process. 3. If the connections with the external systems are poor. 4. improper connections pooling with DB or Loggers. 5. Network latency problems. Do a complete analysis of your system and then based on the business needs increase the capacity of your server.
