I have updated the run time of an agent from 12:00 AM EST to 2:00 AM EST. After moving this rule to Prod, I see that the data instance of the agent for this node still has the run time of 12:00 AM. We have restarted the server after moving the agent rule. Can you please suggest as to what might have gone wrong?
I am assuming that this agent was already running in production.
If so then only sending updated agent rule will not make any difference to the runtime as on the runtime the Agent Schedule.
Agent schedule is created for each node.
Open the agent rule in production -> navigate to nodes tab -> this will list all the agent schedule currently running in your production.
You have two option:
1. Update the run time directly in the corresponding nodes Agent schedule
2. Delete the agent schedule and system pulse will regenarate a new Agent schedule -> be very careful that any customization done in the agent schedule apart from this particular agent activity will get deleted too
