Agent status is not getting updated to After Call when customer hang up

Agent status is getting updated with unavailable status instead of After call when customer hang up.

Details: -

outbound call

Genesys

Idle event triggered for UpdateClipboard.

Unavailable event triggered for UpdateAgentState
