Alerts and Exceptions are going very high in AES Manager Portal
We are using AES tool for monitoring purposes in Production Environment and we can observe that Alerts and exceptions are going very high (959%) in manager portal. We have suspected that it is because of many critical alerts like PEGA0026, PEGA0004 and PEGA0042 alerts . But the count of all the three alerts have been reduced, still it is getting increased drastically.
Please note that We are using Pega PRPC 7.3.1 v .

If you are referring to dashboard of AES then it will display cumulative report of one week.That's the reason despite alerts got reduced you still see high percentage.Could you please let me know alerts count on a daily basis.Is there any drastic change in frequency of pega0005 & pega0026.You can analyse pega alert logs of three consecutive days & share us the details of most frequent alerts.
I have analysed the list of alerts from last one week and alerts count have been decreased to some extent, the count of PEGA0005 and PEGA0026 also decreased since last 3 days. But still we can see the alerts and exceptions percentage are very high, server restart is also not working here.I am attaching the alerts list for your reference.
I have seen the excel sheet. Though pega0005 & pega0001 got decreased but other alerts like pega0060 & pega0011 got increased. Therefore you are getting high percentage in AES.It seems we have to fine tune pega0005,pega0011,pega0060 & pega0001 alerts.
It seems there sql query tuning is required & need to check why pega0011 is coming in your application.
