I followed the steps mentioned in: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/conversational-channels/configuring-iva-alexa But while testing it in Alexa portal, we don't get the responses configured for particular intent in Pega channel. We don't get any error also. PFA the screenshots for intents configured on Pega / Amazon side, and testing scenario.
