Alexa integration with Pega IVA

I am trying to configure Alexa channel in Pega 8.3.0 platform. I followed the steps mentioned in: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/conversational-channels/configuring-iva-alexa

 

But while testing it in Alexa portal, we don't get the responses configured for particular intent in Pega channel.

We don't get any error also.
