Is there any documentation or has anyone successfully set up Pega Knowledge for non-Pega users? We have helpsites in 8.3, but we are unsure how to allow users that are not on the platform to access it. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for this response. What I mean by non-Pega users is that we want to use these help sites as an intranet KMS basically, but we don't want to have to onboard the 7000+ users into the platform. We want it to be open.
From my understanding, the JScript is just a way to link back to the actual helpsite on the platform so that doesn't help since it still prompts them to login at that point.
