Apache Ignite server IPFinder exception and query

Detailed information:

We have an Apache Ignite server setup environment with [4 Ignite servers and respective 4 Client nodes]. The setup is in AWS Public cloud and formation of the environment is through Cloud formation script. As of now, forming the list of ignite client members is through script in prconfig-ignite.xml. Sometimes, as part of the environment setup we are getting the "IP finder returned empty addresses list. Please check IP finder configuration. Will retry every 2 secs".

Raised the support request to find the way to form the ignite members through JDBC Database IPFinder. Do we have any reference or documentation on how to form the cluster ignite members through JDBC Database table [prpc_ignite_server_addr] in prconfig-ignite.xml ?
