App Explorer issues

Hi, 

I am currently unable to unroll any class from the App Explorer in my application.

Once I hit the right arrow next to a class, the arrow just disappear and nothing happen.

I unsuccessfully tried to refresh the browser and give another try ; several times.

When I try to refresh the App Explorer, a pop up window appears with the error in the screenshot below and the screen of the application goes idle.

I will contact the administrator as well but ; is there any other I can try in order to fix this ?
