Append To and Map To exit iteration
Greetings. I am using a DT as a Response mapping within a Data Page which as source as Connector (REST). I have a list (.items) and within that there is a property PartyID as key. If any one of the items does not have this PartyID, i need to log this/save the entire record in another custom table and skip items(1) but proceed with next iteration of .items.
I am finding it difficult to do this, i cannot use a Exit For Each as I am not using a For Each.
Can anyone please let me know what are my options here?
What you're describing sounds more than what is intended for response mapping, to me personally.
Would it be feasible to have one data page which is just the source data and a some well defined rule API (activity, data transform, RUF, or Data Page) that calls that data page and creates exceptions instances. I'm a little concerned when I hear that referencing a data page causes a side effect outside its main purpose. Also, keeping rules doing just one them makes it easier to write PegaUnits and easier to maintain.
