The shape has one exit connector labeled "Approved""If REJECTED" is set to "Change State" and I provide an alternate state. If I run the case and press "reject" the case goes (rightfully) into the Alternate State, but in addition, it complaints that there is no valid exit from the smart shape. What can I do wrong?RJ (using Pega 7.2.1) Case Management ×Close popoverFacebookTwitterLinkedinEmail Copy Link Copied! I have tried the similar configuration at my end and found there is no issue. Can you specify where are you facing the message 'there is no valid exit from the smart shape' ?
