Architecture of Integrating CRM system and external systems
Can someone give advice on how to integrate my CRM system with external systems? I have a CRM system we are building, and we want to be able to integrate it with possibly many other self-service portals of different organizations. There is one self-service portal we are trying to get to use for all the organizations, but because a few might want to use a different portal, we want to understand exactly how it works. In the integration, we want to on ensure that chat capabilities are there possibly using other third party services for chat.
