I am facing an issue where when the SLA for an assignment is breached , an "Assignment Removed via Ticket" action is performed as seen in the History and case is getting redirected back from where it was fetched.
I have checked the assignment for which this error is coming and there is no ticket associated with the flow or SLA.
I have found that the processing time for "Assignment Removed via ticket" is same as the time when an action named "FLOW JUMPBACK" is being triggered in the OOTB reports. However i failed to find any flow action named "FLOW JUMPBACK".
Kindly suggest me a solution where can I find "FLOW JUMPBACK" and why this "Assignment Removed via ticket" is happening.
