Assignments in WorkBaskets not displaying post application re structuring
Hi All,
We have an application and three processes (Case Types) under it. Now , as a part of business requirement we are required to create separate applications for all the three separate processes. We have achieved the same and have updated our application stack and required access groups accordingly. And still the concrete classes for applications are the same and creation of new cases are happening seamlessly with case IDs being continual . (example-If we had W-100 before the restructuring, W-101 was the first case created after the re structuring.)
However, when we are viewing the workbaskets we are able to see assignments only W-101 onwards ie post application re structuring. Does anyone have similar experience on such requirements? Are we missing something here?
P.S. - We have checked the Assignment table and all previous assignments are there but while displaying we can see only the new cases post re structuring.
