It is my first time using email account. Seems like the Email Wizard is not available in 8.5. So, When I try to create an email account, there is no option to associate it with a work pool. Now, when I tried sending an email, it is using firstname.lastname@example.org. Does anyone know how to associate a new email account to the work pool.

@swathis5 you can find 'Default' email account in Configure -> Integration -> Email -> Email accounts. Change the sender settings of Default account. Then you'll be able to use it for outbound communication.
