Hi Team, After the update of the system from 7.1.9 to 7.2.2 the attachments are not linked witht the cases. When checked the rule base, there was a update in the source activity of the "D_AttachmentList" data page. Did anyone faced similar issue? This is due to the product update in the data page.the rule is specialized in application ruleset. incorporated the changes in the application ruleset. Thanks.
