Audible Alerts for all incoming chats needed

Is there any way currently to get Audible alerts for all new incoming chats for the CSR? Current documentation and testing indicates this is not available and only works for the first Chat that the CSR receives. This option is needed since the CSR can work multiple chats at the same time and needs an audible indicator on each new chat. Is there a way to enable this within 8.4?   If not can this be added to the product. This is a customer request.
