Auto launch happening twice with the different cases ID
I got a scenario where I auto-launch a case on Interaction.
The problem is when I open up the same interaction again from the worklist. Auto launch happening twice with the different cases ID.
Can anyone suggest how to stop it?

What is the Pega Customer service and Pega platform version?
If the Pega platform version is 7.2 and Customer service version is 7.21 there is a hotfix (Hfix-49884) available. If you are using the combination of Pega platform (7.4) /Pega customer service (7.4) then the Hfix-55230 is available for this issue.
If the hotfixes are installed at your end please check whether RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY RULE-PEGACA-INTENT-TASK CPMEVALUATEINTENTTASK , RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION PEGACA-WORK CPMGETRELATEDSERVICEITEMSDETAILS was customized at your end
