please go through this activity LDAPVerifyCredentials in class Code-Security. This activity looks for the operator in PRPC, if not found it creates one using the Model operator specified in the Organization Unit.

Just we need to create operator id with the details pulled from the LDAP.Also looking some approach where we can provide some input. like accessgroup,workbaskets,etc while the new operatorid creation after sucessfully LDAP authentication.
The setting up of the access groups and workbaskets depend on the operational and reporting structure in the enterprise / organization. During LDAP authentication you can use the actvities as sighted above to create your operators on the fly. For that matter create a model user for the different departments ( units) in the organization and then use it to validate against the incoming parameters from AD. Once the initial profile of the user is created you can always modify it in the authorization activities to include more fields from the AD which would determine the access profile. You can also make use of the ApplicationProfileSetUp Activity to do this.
